Our granulators are characterized by modern construction, high production speed and low casing construction – they are only 2 meters high! The remarkable workmanship of the machines and technical solutions are of the highest quality among contemporary technologies. The greatest advantage of these devices is the covering of the drum made of stainless metal sheet, which is rolled after winding to make it perfectly smooth. Rotational speed of the drum is smoothly regulated by means of frequency converter. Furthermore, pneumatic vibrating elements have been applied to the drive of stainless granulate transporting baths. Due to that the main source of noise has been eliminated, at the same time increasing the reliability of the machine.

The bath for liquid paraffin is also made of stainless steel. An indirect heating system has been applied to it. That means that electric heaters warm up heat-insulating oil, in which the bath for paraffin was immersed. The heaters are controlled by a digital temperature regulator which switches them on by a semiconductor transmitter devoid of any movable elements as in the case of standard connectors. This solution is considerably safer due to very high durability of the semiconductor element.

Spraying device which is electrically heated has two nozzles with a diameter chosen by the client so that the size of granulated mass corresponds to their individual needs, an additional advantage is the regulation of machine production speed, which can be limited to 1/3 or 2/3 of the nominal speed by pressing the button only once.

The device is controlled by a microprocessor driver PLC. This solution enables free configuration of the machine and its adjustment to existing standards. What is more, this kind of control is far more reliable.
