The machine is used to produce spooling candles so called ‘twins’ of diameter ranging from several to several dozen millimetres. The production of these candles is based on repeated immersion of the wicks, winded on frames. After each immersion another layer of paraffin stays on the wick. The machine has six vertically movable arms, which are fixed to hexagonal wheel. Frames are hung on the arms, each frame is immersed in turns causing the wheel to rotate like a merry-go-round.

The form has a water coat which speeds up the process of paraffin cooling. Candles casted by means of this type of form have smooth surface and perfectly equal diameter.

Forms are produced for each candle size – in accordance with clients’ expectations

Detached, steel or silicone forms. We also produce stets of forms fixed to rigid, steel construction. These sets can be cooled by water in an open system.

Forms can be prepared for casting almost each shape e.g. a cuboid, a sphere, a cylinder, an egg, a cone and tri-dimensional figures.

One of the simplest methods of candles decorating is adhering bas-relief – a small decoration.
These decorations are casted in silicon molds out of special paraffin mass, after that they are adorned by different methods – painting, glittering. Forms are usually made of gypsum form called a model.
