Packing

The machine includes a heat-stable seam welder and a heating tunnel. The machine welding knives are driven by a pneumatic actuator. It automatically wraps the products in foil, seals and provides them to the heating tunnel. The temperature of the sealing knife, the time of weld, the temperature in the tunnel chamber, the speed of the belt are regulated by the operator.

An angular welder is a device that enables fast packing of finished products in a PE, PVC, PP foil semi-sleeve. The sealing elements are teflon knives which temperature is regulated. Special construction of these knives prevents the emission of hydrogen chloride during the welding process. These welders may be obtained in seven different dimensions of welding arms. The devices are powered by 230 V.
